The 〈DMZ (DMZ Docs) Documentary Festival Film International〉 project is a brand identity initiative that expands the spatial meaning of the DMZ, conveying the core values of peace, communication, and life through the medium of documentary film.

The design concept approaches the intersection of the Demilitarized Zone and documentary cinema through the dual themes of 'Boundaries & Peace' and 'Record & Expansion.' Using the geometry of the symbol mark as a core motif, the visual system connects elements of the local ecosystem, film equipment, and daily life into archival shots and shots of reality, narrating the stories unfolding both on and off screen. To ensure long-term clarity and recognition, the identity clearly delineates 'DM' (Demilitarized) and 'Z' (Zone), articulating the precise significance of the festival's name.
