송은 아트스페이스에서 열린 인도네시아 현대 사진 그룹전 〈MES 56 Beken Dan Keren –〉의 전시 디자인 프로젝트이다. 이 전시는 소비주의, 정치, 이주 등 무거운 사회적 담론을 위트 있게 비트는 MES 56의 특성을 다룬다. 디자인은 그룹이 지닌 특유의 유쾌한 해학성을 시각화하는 데 중점을 두었다. ‘MES 56’ 텍스트의 위치와 각도를 비정형적으로 비틀어 포스터 전면에 배치했다. 이러한 위트 있는 그래픽 레이아웃 위에 다채로운 작품들을 유기적으로 배치하여 그룹전의 다층적인 인상을 완성했다.

This is an exhibition design project for the contemporary Indonesian photography group exhibition MES 56 Beken Dan Keren –, held at SongEun ArtSpace. The exhibition highlights MES 56's distinct approach of wittily twisting heavy social discourses such as consumerism, politics, and migration. The design focused on visualizing the group's unique, playful sense of humor. The text 'MES 56' was irregularly distorted in position and angle, prominently placed across the front of the poster. By organically arranging a diverse array of artworks over this witty graphic layout, the design completes the multi-layered impression of the group exhibition.
