Traversing the spaces, narratives, and scenes across Seoul's 25 autonomous districts, the publication reflects on the evolving relationship and significance of public art.

The design concept organizes extensive information from 37 artists across the 25 districts into clear categories—artwork overviews, plates, on-site photographs, critical essays, and digital codes—to enhance readability and engagement. The overall visual tone is unified in grayscale, establishing a distinct medium identity while differentiating the publication from the project's digital website.
