Thanks To My Comrades is a 2016 calendar design project created by members of the SsangYong Motor Branch of the Korean Metal Workers' Union to express gratitude to their supporters. Through the work of documentary photographer Taekyong Chung, it captures the site of the struggle for the reinstatement of unfairly dismissed workers and significant anniversaries in modern history. The design uses blue, symbolizing the workers, as its primary color throughout. While clearly highlighting the symbolic nature of the struggle, it visualizes the calendar's underlying message of gratitude and solidarity in a calm, refined tone.
