This visual design project was commissioned by the Seoul Museum of Art (SeMA) for the exhibition Golden Silver Town. The project investigates a speculative future where senior living communities transcend mere residential spaces to become manifestations of intricate class stratification within an aging society. At the visual core of the work is a modular structure that visitors design directly through interactive kiosks. As one ascends into higher tiers of consumption, the architecture expands upward in forms that blatantly flaunt consumer desire. Resembling the high-rise apartment complexes ubiquitous in Korean society, this vertical structure mirrors the unvarnished reality of contemporary life, already deeply stratified by capital.
